Credit card is only means of payment for online registrations.
To pay by cash or check, please attend one of our onsite registrations. Or you can mail your check and a filled out form (see link below) to our PO Box (see home page).
New players must send a photocopy of player's birth certificate to BSC, PO Box 1878, Bellaire, TX 77402 Attn: "Registration"or as otherwise described in the online process.

This is a FREE service but is mandatory. Without registering you cannot be assigned to your eventual team, and it is required to get your adult pass (APP - Adult Participation Pass)..
It also now includes the Kidsafe form, which is required for all coaches and referees, integrated into the process.
You will be given access to your record, so that if you change phone numbers or emails in the future it can be updated for club use. You will have a login and password with will carry from season to season for future re-registration.

Refund policy: It is the policy of Bellaire Soccer Club to refund player registration fees prior to HYSA registration to the extent funds have not already been spent or committed. After the club registers a rostered player with HYSA, BSC generally does not refund player registration fees.

Requests for player registration fee refunds will be processed as follows: 1. Players not placed on a team will be provided a full refund of all registration fees. 2. Players placed on a team that does not form a roster will be provided a full refund of all registration fees. 3. Players who withdraw from a team prior to the date set by the Board or President of the Club will be given a full refund of registration fees. 4. Players who withdraw after the refund cut-off date set by the Board or President of the Club will be refunded registration fees at the discretion of the President of the Club. Refund cut-off date for fall season is July 1. 5. If a player is otherwise eligible for a full refund, but funds have already been spent or committed on behalf of the player, then, at the discretion of the President of the Club, the amount refunded may be reduced to cover said amount. 6. Players who move from a non-Division 1 team to a Division 1 team within the Club will receive a full refund of registration fees. However, at the discretion of the President and the receiving coach, the refund may be directed to the team, not the individual player. Players withdrawing under conditions not outlined above will receive refunds at the discretion of the President of the Club consistent with the Policy Statement.
